I haven’t been having the best time in Taiwan thus far, so today we decided to spend a little extra money and do something real exciting to make up for it. We headed to southern Taiwan to Saichia Air Sports Park, located in Saichia. This is Taiwan’s only air sports park and was the perfect place to get find an adrenaline-filled activity. We decided to try paragliding and in the end were happy that we did. The park was actually very busy, we noticed quite a few other Americans in there as well. Supposedly this park is one of the best air-sport-related parks in all of Asia! The prices weren’t too bad and were completely worth the great views and unique experience. None of us had ever done anything like this before so we were all amazed at how fun it turned out to be. The price included a late lunch that ended up holding us over for dinner. Other than the long taxi ride, today was awesome.
